Dartford’s Colin Taylor won the Orpington Footgolf tournament last week after posting a superb 3-under-par score of 59.
Defending champion Taylor fought off the efforts of Pembury superstar Dan Spice and Dan Ambrose to take home the trophy on Orpington Golf Centre’s dedicated 9-hole course.
In further good news for Taylor, his son George recorded a hole-in-1 on the challenging 6th before setting a new Orpington Footgolf juniors' course record of 69.

For those unfamiliar with the sport of footgolf, the objective is to complete a round in as few kicks (strokes)as possible.
Footgolfers therefore employ a variety of precision shots to kick a regulation-sized football from tee to cup.
