The bottom two of the South London & Kent Pool Alliance Elite League faced each other in an Eltham Terrace derby, with Rack Pack playing Rovers.

It was a tough match with each set being won by the odd frame, 3-2.

Rack Pack took the first and Rovers the second but Rack Pack won the first three frames of the last set to seal the win, before Rovers won the final two frames.

The 2-1 and 8-7 victory wasn't enough to lift Rack Pack off the bottom of the table, as they are still one point behind their opponents.

In such a close match we were lucky to have any unbeaten players but the victors had Bill Sawyer, who won his only frame and Tony Frost, scoring a hat-trick.

The top two from the winter season, O'Connors and Hotshots met with the latter looking to gain revenge for being pipped to the post for the league title.

They looked like doing that from the off, winning the first set 5-0 but O'Connors took the next set 3-2, before Hotshots won the last set by the same 3-2 score, making the final score, 2-1 and 10-5 in Hotshots favour.

Hotshots Captain, Andre Cox won both his frames but Robbie Robb went one better with three out of three.

Bellegrove hang on to top spot despite dropping points against Eltham Terrace Club A, leaving Hotshots just one point behind in second.

It was a game much like the first, whereby each set was won 3-2, with Eltham taking the first and Bellegrove equalising, before the home side took the last for a 2-1 and 8-7 triumph.

Bellegrove's Kevin Smith produced a top quality break and dish in the final set but Eltham's Steve Pearce was man of the match, by winning all three of his frames.

Foots Cray Social Club Rugrats and Pickwick share the points, after Pickwick won 2-1 in sets but Rugrats got more frames overall, 9-6.

The first set went to a final frame decider, which Jeff Bailey duly despatched to give Pickwick the lead.

Rugrats whitewashed the second set, which included a break and dish from Shane Burnett.

The third set followed the first, going to two frames each, with Rugrats Captain, Scott Shephard also getting a break and dish.

Bailey rescued Pickwick again, performing a break and dish to win his second set decider of the night.

Foots Cray's other side Minions remain winless and rooted to the bottom of SLKPA Tier Two East, after being whitewashed, 3-0 and 15-0 by North Heath Social Club, who pick up their second win of the season.

Division leaders, Falconwood Club had the week off giving Plumstead Radical Club Rebels the chance to close the gap and they did just that with a 2-1 and 10-5 win over Glenmore Arms 2.

Rebels edged the first set by 3 frames to 2 but Glenmore reversed that score in the second to tie the match.

The third set, however was a bery different story with Rebels winning all five frames.

The only unbeaten player on the night was Rebels' Paul Rowlinson.

This result reduces the gap at the top to six points.

Staying in third are Royal Oak, who beat Bellegrove Social Club by 2 sets to 1 and 8 frames to 7.

Steve Heather was top of the tree for Oak, winning all three of his frames.

Still top of the tree andd unbeaten in SLKPA Tier Two West are Royal Oak Addicks.

They didn't have it all their own way though, as Fox & Hounds took a 4-1 lead in the first set, however Addicks won the first three frames of the second to tie the match at one all in sets and four all in frames but Fox won the last two frames of the set to go 6-4 up.

Having fought back in the second, Addicks went on to win the first four frames of the final set to steal the match, before Kerry Wyatt won her third frame of the night to make the final score, 2-1 and 8-7 to Addicks.

Glenmore Arms A leapfrog their opponents Bellegrove A into second, after beating them 2-1 and 10-5.

Glenmore won the first set 3-2 with Paul Thomas collecting a 7-baller.

They went on to whitewash the second set, which included a break and dish from Alex Thompson but Bellegrove pulled it back in the final set, winning it 3-2, although Thomas did complete his hat-trick.

Eltham Terrace Nuthouse were ruthless against Greyhound, taking the first set 5-0 and the next two 4-1 for a 3-0 and 13-2 victory.

It was a great all round team performance with Craig Jones, Shane O'Reilly and Dave Sparey all winning their three frames and Shaun Shephard both of his.
