White Oak host two annual triathlons - an adults' event (on July 15) based around the White Oak Leisure Centre, and a uunior event(July 29).

The events attract between 250 and 300 competitors comprising of both able-bodied and disabled athletes.

Throughout the season, club members participate and compete at all levels from novice to international and over a range of distances.

Every year for the past 10 years, at least two of the club's athletes have qualified for the world triathlon championships in venues such as Hawaii, Mexico, France and Switzerland.

The club hosts regular training sessions each week in all three disciplines.

On March 14, White Oak are hosting an open evening before their swimming training at White Oak Leisure Centre, Hilda May Avernue, Swanley.
