Week five of the South London & Kent Pool Alliance winter season and each of the top three teams in Division Two, Rileys Sharpshooters, Plumstead Radical Club Rebels and Bellegrove A all picked up massive wins.

Following their whitewash win last week, league leaders Sharpshooters got the biggest win this week, 12-3 over Glenmore Arms II.

This win puts them ten points clear of Plumstead Radical Club Rebels, who got a nice 11-4 win themselves, against Lord Herbert.

Rebels remain four points ahead of Bellegrove A, who scored their own 11-4 victory over bottom team White Hart.

Bellegrove got off to a great start with a whitewash in the first set and a 4-1 victory in the second but White Hart fought hard in the final set and won it 3-2.

It was a good team performance with Richie Mitchell and Dave Graham winning all three of their frames and John Skuza his only frame.

The top two teams in the SLKPA Premier Division, Rileys Hotshots and O'Connors, both kept up their 100% records.

Hotshots stay top after a narrow victory, 8-7 against Radical Club Rebels.

It was a good close match, with Declan Kelly scoring three out of three yet again for the Rebels.

O'Connors are now three points behind Hotshots after beating Pickwick 10-5.

Despite the loss, Pickwick's Dean James was man of the match, winning all three frames including three incredible doubles in his last frame.

Something had to give at the Pickwick, where winless Academicals faced Bellegrove, who were also without a win.

George Covington, Kevin Smith and Craig Mallinder all helped Bellegrove achieve a 12-3 victory by winning all three of their frames.

A special mention must go to Billy Levingbird, who was excellent in winning two of his team's three frames.

Foots Cray Social Club Rugrats started slowly against Eltham Terrace Rack Pack, losing the first set 3-2 but they reversed that in the second set and went on to win the final set 5-0, to give them a 10-5 victory overall.

Captain Scott Shephard led the way, winning three out of three and he was backed up by Alan Enever, who won both his frames and Ian Cruwys triumphant in two of his three frames.

Eltham Terrace Club A faired better than their sister side and beat North Heath Social Club 10-5 to go third in the table.

Glenmore Arms A look to be running away with SLKPA Division One, after going twelve points clear at the top with a 12-3 win over Bellegrove Social Club.

They were dominant throughout. winning each set, 5-0, 4-1 and 3-2 with Paul Thomas and Alan Rothwell both winning a frame in each set.

Their nearest rivals, Eltham Terrace Rovers suffered a shock defeat to Royal Oak Addicks.

Rovers looked set for the win, after they won the first two sets 3-2 but the Addicks battled hard in the final set, taking it 4-1 to make the final score 8-7 in Addicks favour.

Ryan Francis came out with some credit for Rovers by winning all three of his frames.

The night went even better for Glenmore as third placed, Eltham Terrace Nuthouse also lost.

Nuthouse won the first two frames but Fox & Hounds took the next three to win the set.

Exactly the same happened in the second set and Fox went on to take the final set  by 3 frames to 2 also, to make the final score 9-6.

It was a great result for Fox as they were without their Captain Kerry Wyatt, but Clive Forrest made up for her absence by winning all three of his frames, as did Nuthouse Captain Craig Jones.
