Biggin Hill motorbike racer Carl Stevens is poised to make his debut in the British Superbike paddock in the Ducati Tri-Options Cup.
After two seasons competing on a Kawasaki 300 at club level, Stevens will be racing in the fully televised series throughout the UK and with one round in the Netherlands, which will be a huge step up for him and shown live on British Eurosport.
Stevens said: “After scoring my first podium this year I’m excited to enter the 2014 Tri-Options Cup on a new Ducati 899 Panigale.
“This is a series which runs alongside the exhilarating MCE British Superbike Championship.
“I believe with my knowledge and experience of the tracks I can battle for podiums.”
