ERITH & Belvedere were unable to build on their recent victory over Thurrock when they were well beaten 3-0 at home by Soham Town Rangers on Saturday.
The Deres went into the game full of confidence following a 1-0 midweek triumph against Thurrock, but were undone by goals from Soham’s Buster Harradine, Luke Stanley and Scott Davis.
Manager Martin Ford said: “If we had took our early chances that we had created the outcome of the game would have been very different .
“We will take it on the chin and go again.”
The Deres visit AFC Sudbury this Saturday (3pm).
