MORE football coaches are needed as children wanting to improve their football skills are taking over primary schools in Dartford and Swanley.
The Evolution Football Academy, fronted by the joint managers of Dartford Ladies FC Catherine Fitzpatrick and Dave Etherington, hold terms of weekly one-hour after-school football sessions.
It is hoped, as well as increasing the skill and ability levels of individual players, the academy's programme will show positive results by strengthening school football teams.
Catherine said: "The response has been incredible. The Academy has only been established for a few months and we are already looking to recruit new coaching staff to keep up with the heavy demand we are experiencing."
To cope, the academy is recruiting suitably qualified personnel (FA level one and FA level two, with CRB disclosures) in order to progress with the development of football in primary schools.
