Cray produced their best win and best Ryman Premier performance of the season to stun play-off chasing Sutton United at Gander Green Lane on Easter Monday.

Playing his second game for the club, Lewis Perkins found the net after 4 minutes to give Cray the lead.

His namesake Steve Perkins equalised for Sutton on 24 minutes, but his foul on Cray's Perkins brought a penalty-kick for Colin Luckett to put the Wands in front again just before half-time.

Sutton pressed hard after the interval but the Cray defence held firm and the turning point came on 66 minutes when the home side's 'keeper Paul Scriven was sent off after bringing down Cray striker Leigh Bremner.

Colin Luckett netted his second penalty of the afternoon, and the Wands completed the scoring against ten-man Sutton when George Porter netted their fourth in the 74th minute.
