WELLING United and Kingsmoor have joined forces to create Welling United Youth.
The official launch took place last week at the Park View Road stadium in Welling.
The initiative, along with Welling's appointment of a community officer, will ensure youngsters have the opportunity to play football within their community.
Currently 12 teams represent the club, with ages ranging from uunder-7s to under-18s.
Youth secretary Liz Upton said: "It is our intention to provide football for all ability ranges for both boys and girls.
"Welling offer their full support to this venture, ensuring community football at grass roots level."
She added: "All registered players will receive a free pass to home Conference South league games and fully qualified FA coaches are available at all levels."
