VIEWPOINT saw their Premier Division title hopes disappear when they were forced to field a weakened side at home to Lullingstone Castle.

They opened the scoring in the first half, but the Lullies came back with a great headed goal from Ryan Orpwood.

Viewpoint then gave away a penalty which Steve Jerman scored to give the Lullies a 2-1 interval lead.

Lullingstone took the chances they created in the second half and Paul Brookstein and another from Orpwood secured a 4-1 success.

Woodlands Athletic caught The Rising Eagles on an off day in Division One.

Having already won the championship, Woodlands took an interval lead of 2-0 courtesy of Neil Marshall and Darren Gowler.

They notched up another seven after the break as Gowler completed his hat-trick to go with further scores from Martin Fitzpatrick (2), Dan Ingram, Neil Calcutt and the goal of the game by Dan Evans, who powered home a shot from 25 yards following a great cross from Gowler.

Division Two champions Earl Grey had a Saturday off, but Culverstone United lost ground in their bid to claim the runners-up spot.

They travelled to AFC Welsh Tavern Reserves and in an even game where both defences came out on top, the encounter finished in a 0-0 draw.

There were was certainly no shortage of goal action in the meeting between Real Man of Kent and Joydens Wood.

Joydens held a 1-0 interval lead thanks to Michael Scates, but it was a different story in the second half as the goals flew in from both sides and it was Real man of Kent who emerged as 5-4 victors.

Stuart Measter, Carl Morson, Lee Morson, Guy Martin and Daniel Neighbour were all on target for the winners, while Scates added a second to go with singles from Ross Howe and John Fox for the unlucky Joydens Wood team.
