National League side Wrexham have agreed deals with former Welling United duo Nortei Nortey and Michael Bakare.
Nortey, 21, is a product of Premier League club Chelsea’s academy system and signed for the Wings last year.
The versatile defender has now penned a one-year contract with Wrexham.
He will be joined at the Racecourse Ground by midfielder Bakare, who has also agreed a one-year deal with the Red Dragons.
The 29-year-old, who can also operate as a striker, has experienced National League football with Macclesfield Town, Southport, Dover Athletic, Braintree Town and most recently Welling.
Meanwhile, fellow National League side Braintree Town have signed midfielder Harry Lee on a free transfer from the Wings.
The 21-year-old former Leyton Orient trainee spent two loan spells at Park View Road before joining the club full-time in January.
However, despite his best efforts Welling were condemned to relegation to the National League South towards the end of the season.
