CRAY Wanderers won 3-2 at Arlesey Town on Tuesday night in a thrilling FA Trophy second qualifying round replay.
After a tight 0-0 draw at Hayes Lane on Sunday the Wands were twice behind against their Bedfordshire hosts, but hit back with two goals from Paul Vines to take the replay into extra-time.
All the late pressure had come from Cray, with Vines missing a penalty when he hit the crossbar.
Extra-time continued to see the Wands well on top, and it was substitute Laurent Hamici who lashed in their dramatic late winner in the 119th minute.
Cray will be home to their neighbours Welling United of the Conference South in the next round on November 11.
Before that, Cray are home to Wealdstone in the Ryman Premier League on November 3 (3pm).
