A party will be held from 7.30pm to midnight at Acacia in Dartford Town Centre, with tickets on sale at the club shop at Princes Park for £5.
This will follow a private civic reception for the players with the mayor and councillors, who will congratulate the team on winning the Ryman Division 1 North league.
