Cray Wanderers leading goalscorer Michael Power (20 goals this season) has been voted the Supporters' Player of the Year.
Cray Wanderers leading goalscorer Michael Power (20 goals this season) has been voted the Supporters' Player of the Year.

Cray Wanderers 3-0 Burgess Hill Town, Ryman Division One South, Saturday 19.4.08, Cray tuned up for the play-offs with a comfortable win against mid-table Hillians.

Cray saw off the visitors with a burst of three goals just before half time, netted by Lewis Wood, Tommy Whitnell and Jamie Wood in the 35th, 40th and 45th minutes.

Cray will complete their League fixtures next Saturday 26 April away to Chipstead (3pm).

Cray still have an outside chance to finish in second place above Tooting & Mitcham, depending upon their result and scoreline at Chipstead while Tooting play relegated Molesey in their last game.

The other play-off contenders will be Metropolitan Police and Worthing who will take the fourth and fifth finishing places.

Cray will expect to be hosting their play-off semi-final against either the Police or Worthing at Hayes Lane on either Tuesday 29 April or Wednesday 30 April (7.45pm), with the final to take place on Saturday 3 May (3pm) between the two semi-final winners.

If Cray are not involved in the play-off final on 3 May they will instead play Ebbsfleet United in the Kent Senior Cup final at Hayes Lane on that day (3pm).

Otherwise, the KSC final will be held over till the start of next season.
