Eastbourne Town 1 Cray Wanderers 2, Ryman Division One South, Saturday 16.2.08, Cray's long trip to the south coast was rewarded with a 2-1 win against Eastbourne Town, to continue the Wands' long run of unbeaten games in the League.
Michael Power put Cray ahead after 26 minutes and Tommy Whitnell added the second in the 54th minute.
Eastbourne netted a late goal but the Wands held out and are now unbeaten in the League since 31 October.
Cray remain fourth in the table and are at home next Saturday to third-placed Metropolitan Police who are a point ahead of Cray but have played two games more.
Before that Cray travel to Tooting & Mitcham next Tuesday evening 19 February in the quarter-final of the London Senior Cup (7.45pm).
