BILL Edwards' 90th minute strike denied Erith & Belvedere all three points and a top five finish.
The draw means the Deres will not be the number one Erith team for the first time in their 86 year history.

A win would have seen the Deres round off a mixed season with a respectable fifth position, one place above Erith Town.
The draw, coupled with Herne Bay's 3-1 win at Holmesdale, means E&B finish the season in seventh place, just as they had 12 months earlier.
Bill Edwards could have given Town the lead on 14 minutes, but he blasted over the bar from 12 yards out.
In a first half with few opportunities to speak of, Andrew Browne went close for the visitors as his free-kick flew a yard wide of the far post.
The breakthrough came for the visitors on 34 minutes as Aiden Pursglove latched onto a through ball before slotting past the onrushing James Wastell to send the Deres supporters into hysterics.
Erith Town could have levelled before the interval as a header flew inches wide of the post.
The Dockers' impressive winger Mahoma Cho headed inches over the bar within a minute of the second half.
It was the Deres who created the first noteworthy chance of the half on 69 minutes as a defensive clearance by Steve White was flicked on to Pursglove, who sped through on goal.
The ball sat up for the striker, though, and with defenders rushing back, Pursglove attempted to lob Wastell from 35 yards but couldn't find the target.
E&B left-back Joe Penny was forced off with what looked like a bad injury and was replaced by Nathan Bell in the 83rd minute.
After forcing his way past Richie Radbourne, Cho forced Bromby into making a great save.
And Bromby was on top form again to deny Cho an 87th minute equaliser.
Having dominated the last 10 minutes, an equaliser was always on the cards for Erith Town and it came when a cross from the left picked out the unmarked Edwards to drive home from 12 yards.
In the dying moments, Erith & Belvedere were awarded a corner and a free-kick in a dangerous position but couldn't create a serious goalscoring chance from either of these.
Substitute Ashley Dunkley's bouncing effort almost found the back of the net, but in the end a draw was probably a fair result.
With Thamesmead Town's promotion to the Ryman League, next season's Kent League is likely to be contested between 16 teams and will kick-off in the second week of August.
Erith & Belvedere: Bromby, Gibson, Penny (Bell 83), Radbourne, Hill, Gross, White, Browne, Prett, Pursglove (Dunkley 85), Gallagher. Subs not used: T. Morgan, Golding, Benevente. Att: 76
