Cardiff manager Neil Warnock expects star man Kenneth Zohore to lead the line against Millwall on Saturday.

The striker missed the Bluebirds' 1-0 win over Middlesbrough on the weekend with an ankle injury.

Zohore scored 12 goals for Cardiff last season and was linked with moves to Premier League clubs Everton and Brighton in the summer.

When asked about Zohore's fitness, Warnock said: “Ken's not as bad as it sounds so, as long as he's not in pain, he should be able to start training on Thursday.

“Him and [midfielder Aron] Gunnarsson were both last-minute jobs. They both failed fitness tests [before the Middlesbrough game] but they should both be available [against Millwall].”

The Lions have made a promising start to life in the Championship and sit in 15th place.

Up next is the trip to second-placed Cardiff, who have lost just two league games at home in 2017.
