Millwall duo Lee Gregory and Jake Cooper are doubts to face Bolton on Saturday.

Cooper was subbed off with an ankle problem in the Lions’ 2-0 win over Stevenage in the Carabao Cup first-round.

And his replacement, Gregory, was forced off with a hamstring complaint in the second-half.

Tom Elliott’s brace comfortably saw off Stevenage, but injuries to Cooper and Gregory will come as a blow to Millwall boss Neil Harris.

He said: “Coops has rolled his ankle, so any player who comes off on a Tuesday night is always going to struggle for a Saturday game.

“We’re hopeful it won't be long term. We’ll assess him again shortly then see him in the morning. We’re hoping for the best.

“Greggers felt his hamstring tightening up, again it’s a similar situation. You come off with a muscular injury on a Tuesday night, you might struggle for a Saturday game.

“We’ll have to assess him over the next few days to see if he’s got a chance for the weekend or not.”
