Neil Harris is happy to wait until the middle of August before deciding on his plans for the remainder of the summer transfer window.
Harris’ Millwall opened their 2016/17 campaign in style on Saturday with an emphatic 3-0 win over Oldham Athletic at the Den.
The Lions boss insists he is more than happy with his current squad, but said he will decide in a few weeks whether further signings are necessary.
“I’m delighted with the squad we’ve got,” Harris, 39, said.
“I would wait until the middle of August to decide if I feel we need to improve anywhere or give us strength and depth somewhere.
“Right now we’ve got a difficult team selection.
“We have a good team of players and today Joe Martin, Shaun Hutchinson and Shaun Cummins couldn’t start the game.
“That shows we’ve got a lot of good players so it’s just whether I feel at some stage we need a bit of depth to the squad.”
