A MOTTINGHAM goalkeeper had a day to remember when he helped his five-a-side team win the Carlsberg Pub Cup at the Emirates Stadium.

Michael Dill kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 final victory over West One 3 as International FC became national champions at the home of Arsenal FC.

They now represent England and play a team of European legends made up of Nuno Valente, Patrik Berger, Michel Salgado, Vitor Baia and Bolo Zenden at Euro 2012 under the management of former Three Lions international Gareth Southgate.

Afterwards the team will then fly to Kiev to watch England take on Sweden as a Carlsberg VIP.

Dill said:“We are really excited to have won the Carlsberg Pub Cup and to be representing England at the European Championships against the European legends team this summer.

“It’s been a long road to get here and we have come across some really talented teams but we have now won and can’t wait to get some top training tips from Gareth Southgate and then travel to Poland and Ukraine.”

Southgate added: “Many congratulations to International FC on winning the Carlsberg Pub Cup.

“I am looking forward to our training session next week, where we will hone our skills and start our preparation to take on the team of European legends.
