ERITH & Belvedere Football Club will be throwing a 90th birthday bash late next month.
The Kent League club, which now ground-shares with Welling United at Park View Road, played its first match in August 1922, and has decided to mark reaching 90 with a celebration at its clubhouse.
And they are trying to track down as many former players, officials and supporters from down the years to attend the big bash on March 31 following the Deres’ home game with Beckenham Town.
Programme editor and club historian Brian Spurrell said: “We’ve held an annual reunion in recent years and brought together players and supporters from the 1950s to the present day.
“It’s always been a great evening catching up with old friends and team-mates, but this one will be a little bit special.
“We’re hoping anyone connected with the club who hasn’t come to reunions before will be able to join us.”
Tickets for the event, which begins at 7.30pm, are available in advance or on the door for £5.
There will be a DJ, hot food served and memorabilia from the club’s history on display.
