ALMOST 3,000 fans travelled to The Den for the first south-east London derby for almost 15 years last Saturday, but Millwall prevailed with a 4-0 victory.
The Addicks are also in ‘derby’ action this weekend against Kent side Gillingham, but one Charlton player who won’t be involved in SE7 is Chris Dickson, who is on loan with the Gills.
He is unable to feature under the terms of the deal.
JOHNNIE Jackson missed the final match of his loan from Notts County on Saturday after being ruled out for six weeks after tearing his hamstring against Stockport County earlier this month.
A specialist confirmed last Tuesday Jackson would be sidelined for more than a month.
In the absence of the injured Grant Basey and with Kelly Youga short of fitness, Chris Solly featured at left-back in the 4-0 defeat to Millwall.
TICKETS are currently on general sale for the home matches against Gillingham on Saturday, Carlisle United on Easter Monday (both 3pm), Colchester United on April 13 (7.45pm) and Norwich City on April 17 (3pm).
Seats are priced £17, £22 and £25 adults, £17 over 60s and U21s, and £5 U18s and are available from the Valley commercial centre, via cafc.co.uk or on 0871 226 1905.
OFFICIALS from the Charlton Community Trust made a presentation to South Africa president Jacob Zuma at Wembley earlier this month.
The Addicks informed Zuma about their activities in deprived townships in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg over the past seven years and extended an invitation for the president to come and examine the work.
PLACES for Charlton’s next away game, against Huddersfield Town on March 27 (3pm) are currently on general sale, priced £24 adults, £15 over 60s and students and £12 U16s.
Tickets for Charlton’s first trip to Milton Keynes Dons on April 3 (3pm) are priced £22 adults, £15 over 60s and £9 U16s and go on general sale on Thursday.
U7s are free with a full paying adult (maximum of two U7s per adult).
More details are available from the Valley commercial centre or on 0871 226 1905.
HALFWAY through the month, time is running out for fans to secure a 2010/11 season ticket at current prices.
Charlton announced last month season-ticket prices for 2010/11 were being frozen until the end of March, regardless of whether the team wins promotion later this year.
If promotion is secured, adult and senior/U21 prices will then rise to at least the 2008/09 Championship rates.
Five-year VIP season tickets are also available to fans who want to pay current season-ticket rates until 2015.

CHARLTON’S 2009/10 season-ticket marketing campaign missed out on a Football League award on Sunday night.
Although the Addicks were shortlisted for the Perform Best Marketing Campaign accolade, Nottingham Forest’s mixed family area initiative took the prize.
FANS who purchase items from Charlton’s online Superstore at cafc.co.uk can currently receive free postage on all orders over £40 (except overseas).
What’s more, all purchases above £10 will receive a free trainingwear scarf, worth £11.99.
The Addicks are also currently offering Charlton shirts signed by individual members of the first-team squad for just £15.
TWO live music nights for over 18s will be taking place at The Valley this week, with Irish band Banish Misfortune and Rod Stewart tribute act Jack Danson performing at the stadium tomorrow night and on Friday respectively.
Tickets are priced £19.95 and include a two-course hot buffet.
Call 020-8333 4020 for details.
LEWIS Perkins scored a screamer but Charlton U18s were beaten 2-1 by Watford last Saturday, the Addicks’ first defeat of 2010.
Charlton entertain Coventry City at Sparrows Lane on Saturday (11.30am).
TONI Alden scored a late equaliser as the Charlton women’s team drew 1-1 with Portsmouth on Sunday, just three days after being defeated 3-0 by Millwall in the London Cup semi-final.
The Addicks are next in action away at Fulham on Sunday.
FANS wishing to watch the Addicks from the comfort of a Valley executive box only have two more matches from which to choose – next month’s fixtures against Carlisle United and Colchester United.
The boxes seat 10 people and the packages include car parking, a champagne reception and food and drink.
