CHARLTON Athletic’s communications manager Matt Wright has resigned this afternoon.
Mr Wright, who was also programme editor, has been with the Addicks for 13 years but has decided to call time on his stay in SE7 to search for a new challenge.
Charlton’s chief operating officer Steve Bradshaw confirmed the news of Mr Wright’s departure to News Shopper.
He said: “Matt will be greatly missed by everyone at the club and I would like to thank him on behalf of Charlton Athletic for the dedication and hard work he has put in over the last 13 years.
“It is greatly appreciated by everyone and I wish Matt every success in the future.”
