Liverpool are interested in a move for Ajax’s Anwar El Ghazi but face competition from Crystal Palace and Aston Villa, according to reports.
The 21-year-old is set to be the subject of substantial interest this summer after enjoying a fine season for Ajax.
El Ghazi scored 11 goals in 34 league appearances for the Dutch outfit last term and is now being monitored by several English clubs.
Gianluca di Marzio say the Netherlands international is a target for Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, but that Palace and Villa are also considering a summer move.
Liverpool and Palace are both said to be hoping to complete several deals to strengthen their squads ahead of the new season.
Meanwhile, recently relegated Villa are looking to mould a team capable of securing immediate promotion back into the Premier League.
