Wilfried Zaha is a doubt for Crystal Palace’s trip to Newcastle on Saturday, Alan Pardew has revealed.

The 23-year-old was in superb form at the weekend as the Eagles beat Watford to reach their first FA Cup final since 1990.

But Zaha may be absent this weekend, with his manager saying he has a “50/50” chance of featuring at St James' Park.

Pardew said: “We have a slight concern over Zaha.

“Other than that everybody's fit and well. We're going to have to monitor Wilf over the next 48 hours. I'd say Wilf's chances are 50/50.”

After recovering from a disastrous blip, the Eagles have only lost one of their last five league games.

Relegation-battlers Newcastle have picked up five points in three games, however, and are one point below safety going into the weekend.
