Charlton are plotting a permanent move for Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo, News Shopper understands.
The 23-year-old forward joined the Gunners in 2013 but has only played 11 league games for the club.
The Frenchman has found first-team football hard to come by in north London and Arsene Wenger has opted to send him out on three loan spells.
News Shopper understands that Championship-strugglers Charlton hope to seal Sanogo’s signature in a permanent deal after a successful trial at the club.
Sanogo is currently on loan at Ajax.
