West Ham star Reece Oxford is set to join Charlton on a six-month loan deal.
The 17-year-old burst onto the scene at Upton Park at the start of the season, making his Premier League debut against Arsenal.
Oxford was tipped as a future England player after his impressive performance against the Gunners, but the youngster has failed to earn a regular run in east London.

With first-team football imperative to his development, the Premier League club were willing to send their player on loan and are close to agreeing a deal with the Addicks, News Shopper understands.
Charlton, 23rd in the Championship – four points adrift of safety – will be hoping Oxford’s undoubted talent can spark an upturn in form.
Oxford, who can play centre-back or defensive midfield, holds the record for being the youngster player to ever feature for West Ham at just 16.
