Eagles boss Neil Warnock says he is none the wiser as to whether the club are set to be taken over by American billionaire Josh Harris.
Rumours surfaced last night the owner of the Philadelphia 76ers basketball team was considering adding the south-east London Premier League side to his portfolio.
However, manager Warnock was able to throw little light on the story when asked about it after today’s 2-2 draw at West Brom.
“You will have to ask the chairman about that,” he said.
“If the billionaire is in the background I’m sure we will be asking for their telephone numbers to make contact.
“It is a great club but they are in good hands.
“I only know what you might’ve read this morning in a couple of the papers.
“I will be speaking to him (Steve Parish) but you will have to ask him.”
