BEXLEY U14s girls’ indoor cricketers recorded a 67-run win over a talented Leeds & Broomfield CC U14s outfit from the Maidstone area.
Several indoor matches have been played since the end of September at various age ranges from U11s to U15s.
This is to enable the Bexley borough district team to prepare for the U13s London Youth Games in which they have achieved a silver and a gold medal in the last two campaigns.
Additionally it is hoped some of the Bexley schools will enter the Kent schools indoor girls championships at U13s and U15s level.
Chislehurst & Sidcup Grammar School are currently the defending Kent county U13 champions.
