A CRICKETER from Eltham College has set a new schools' record after scoring 44 runs off one over.
Jack Robertson beat the previous record of 42, which was set four years ago in Leeds, by scoring four sixes and five fours in the under-15 clash with Colfe’s last Thursday.
There were four no balls, so the over ended up with 10 balls being delivered and produced a total of 48 runs.
Robertson’s contribution was instrumental as Eltham College (182-4) won the contest by 67-runs against Colfe’s (115-7).
