Player ratings from Charlton’s 1-0 defeat to Rochdale...
Ben Amos - 6 - He was let off after spilling a free-kick early on. Claimed everything he came for afterwards, though.
Ezri Konsa - 5 - Won his one v ones with his winger, however, his crossing was not up to scratch.
Patrick Bauer - 7 - Calvin Andrew’s physical presence made him a handful for Bauer, but the German defender stood up to it.
Jason Pearce - 6 - He was very vocal when organising the backline and didn't do a lot wrong.
Jay Dasilva - 6 - Looked threatening going forward. He was targeted by Rochdale with balls in the air.
Mark Marshall - 7 - Put in a real shift and delivered a couple of dangerous crosses. His resurgence under Lee Bowyer continues.
Ahmed Kashi - 9 - He is just too good for this league. He dominated the midfield from start to finish - he is the full package.
Jake Forster-Caskey - 6 - Taken off after 62 minutes with next week’s play-off semi-finals in mind. Went close with two long-range efforts.
Joe Aribo - 7 - Carried the ball very well in midfield. He’s given Bowyer a selection dilemma for the play-offs.
Sullay Kaikai - 3 - This was his chance to stake a claim for a starting place in the play-offs, but he failed to affect the game once again.
Michal Zyro - 4 - Similarly to Kaikai, the Polish striker struggled. His hold-up play was poor and he was bullied by Rochdale’s defence.
Subs:
Ben Reeves - 5
Stephy Mavididi - 7
Johnnie Jackson - N/A
