Ricky Holmes and Ahmed Kashi have returned to Charlton’s starting line-up to take on Southend.
The pair have missed parts of December through injury but have recovered in time for the Boxing Day clash.
Meanwhile, Leon Best and Mark Marshall are absent with hamstring injuries, which could rule them out of the festive period.
The Addicks’ squad is so depleted that boss Karl Robinson has only named six substitutes on the bench.
Charlton, who haven't won in five league games, are in desperate need of three points against a mid-table Southend side.
Charlton XI: Amos, Dijksteel, Konsa, Sarr, Dasilva, Kashi, Aribo, Ahearne-Grant, Reeves, Holmes, Magennis.
Subs: Phillips, Lennon, Jackson, Dodoo, Hackett-Fairchild, Lapslie.
