Joe Aribo’s stunning solo effort wasn't enough to win it for Charlton as they drew 1-1 with Blackpool.
Clark Robertson’s 89th-minute equaliser condemned the Addicks.
Here is how News Shopper rated Charlton’s players…
Ben Amos - 6 - Didn't have a lot to do, made routine saves.
Anfernee Dijksteel - 7 - His first league start. Did well after a shaky start.
Ezri Konsa - 8 - Fantastic defensive display from the youngster. He controlled Blackpool’s frontline with ease.
Naby Sarr - 7 - Great on the ball and even better in the air.
Jay Dasilva - 6 - Should have had an assist when Best failed to convert his excellent cross. Always offered good width down the left.
Johnnie Jackson - 7 - It’s like he never left (the starting eleven). When Charlton are going through a rough patch like they have been, it’s always nice to call on your club captain. He was calm and composed in possession.
Joe Aribo - 9 - He’s getting better and better in every game. His goal was one of the best scored in recent years at the Valley. He’s so powerful on the ball.
Mark Marshall - 5 - You can’t question his effort but needs to improve on his end product.
Ben Reeves - 6 - Failed to really affect the game from his favoured number 10 role.
Josh Magennis - 8 - A very, very solid display from the big man, who’s had his critics in recent weeks. He never stopped running.
Leon Best - 7 - His best performance in a Charlton shirt. He should’ve scored twice, though. Forced off with an injury in the second-half.
Subs:
Karlan Ahearne-Grant - 6
George Lapslie - 5
Ahmed Kashi - N/A
