Callum Harriott and Alou Diarra have triggered one-year extensions on their current deals with Charlton.
The Addicks have also confirmed that seven players have left the club following the conclusion of their contracts.
First-team defender Marco Motta and forward Reza Ghoochannejhad will depart while development squad players Zak Ansah, Alex Kelly, Ayo Obileye, Josh Staunton and Joe Pigott have also been released.
Loan players Simon Makienok, Yun Suk-Young, Rod Fanni, Diego Poyet and Yaya Sanogo have returned to their parents clubs.
