Charlton have confirmed 15 out of contract players will leave The Valley.
Among the departing faces are Tal Ben Haim, Roger Johnson, Lawrie Wilson, Chris Eagles and Simon Church.
The other ten outbound players are Oguchi Onyewu, Neil Etheridge, Jack Munns, Harry Osborne, Harry Gerard, Kadell Daniel, Kurtis Cumberbatch, Kieran Monlouis, Rhys Browne and Levander Pyke.
Today’s news will come as no major surprise after head Guy Luzon recently told Israeli radio of BenHaim’s exit, while Church and Wilson had already used their Twitter accounts to let followers know they were off.
Johnson and Eagles only arrived on short-term deals in the last window and ultimately neither did enough to impress.
Munns has already penned a 12-month deal with Cheltenham Town.
Luzon’s number one priority this summer is to keep hold of prize assets like Joe Gomez and Johann Gudmundsson, while at the same time drafting in up to half a dozen quality signings who he feels will turn mid-table Charlton into genuine promotion hopefuls next season.
