Charlton transfer target Andy Delort has blasted Tours chairman Jean-Marc Ettori for pricing him out of a dream move to The Valley.

Striker Delort, 22, has been strongly linked with the Addicks for more than a week now, although the move has yet to happen because the Londoners have been unable to a gree a fee with French club Tours.

And now the player has gone public with his frustration about the delay by telling skysports.com Ettori is the main reason for the hold up.

Delort said: “The club can’t find an agreement with Charlton.

“The chairman is asking about a lot of money and it blocks me. The chairman is only thinking about him.

“I thought my transfer would materialise quickly. I made a lot of efforts to join Tours last summer, I even accepted to get half wages.

“That situation is very difficult to me.”

However, Ettori hit back by also telling skysports.com his main concern was getting the best deal for Tours, something he feels Charlton have so far failed to come up with.
