YADO Mambo is set for his first taste of League football tonight after joining AFC Wimbledon on loan for 28 days.

The 20-year-old centre-half, who has made four appearances for the Addicks in cup competitions, is in line to make his debut for the League Two side against Oxford United.

CHRIS Powell added to his squad by recruiting two players on loan for three months over the weekend.

Ivory Coast international midfielder Abdul Razak, 19, has joined until December 29 from Manchester City, while Queens Park Rangers striker Rob Hulse, 32, has been captured until January 1.

SKIPPER Johnnie Jackson faces a potential spell on the sidelines after being forced off during Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers with a hamstring injury.

Jackson had earlier netted the 50th league and cup goal of his career.

Ricardo Fuller also missed the match through illness.

TOM Derry scored twice – taking his tally to three goals in two games against Welsh clubs – as Charlton U18s defeated Swansea City 6-1 on Saturday.

Midfielder Harry Gerard netted a treble at Sparrows Lane and the A|ddicks are again in action at home this Saturday, against Bristol City (12pm).

A GEMMA Bryan hat-trick inspired the Charlton women’s team to a first win of the season as Portsmouth were beaten 7-2 on Saturday, with the victory at Thamesmead Town’s Bayliss Avenue taking the Addicks out of the relegation zone in the Premier League, National Division.

Charlton next travel to Cardiff City on Sunday.
