IAN Holloway’s Blackpool will visit The Den to take on Millwall on the opening day of the season.

Ironically Millwall’s last fixture of the 2011-12 campaign was at home to the Tangerines, a game which finished in a 2-2 draw.

Kenny Jackett’s side then face away dates at Peterborough (August 21) and Sheffield Wednesday (August 25) and are at home to Middlesbrough (September 1) before the first international break.

The Lions will be taking on Charlton (December 1 home, March 16 away) and Crystal Palace (October 20 away, April 13 home) in four intriguing south east London derbies.

Boxing Day will require a seaside trip for Lions supporters to Brighton, with other festive fixtures at Cardiff (December 29) and at home to Bristol City on New Year’s Day.

Millwall end the campaign at Derby County on May 4.
