CO-EDITOR of fanzine No One Likes Us Nick Hart tells it how it is:

It'll make a great question for a pub quiz. Which is the only club to have more chairmen in a season, than managers?

The answer is of course Millwall 2005/06 and most Lions' fans will need a drink after calling out the answer.

So last week's news Stewart Till had taken over the chair from temporary occupant Constantine Gonticas, won't have come as a shock to the now battered Millwall support.

Who was Gonticas you ask? He had been standing in for Peter De Savary who has decided to focus his attention on the proposed Sport City' property development around The Den.

De Savary had of course only taken over in December from Theo Paphitis, who had replaced Jeff Burnige in the preceding August, who had himself relieved Paphitis in July.

Stewart Till joins us from United International Pictures and I can't help thinking Millwall: The Movie' is a film just begging to be made.

Casting Tom Cruise as outgoing team manager David Tuttle would be a masterstroke. I can't wait to watch the study of one man's public agony on one of De Savary's cinema screens at Sport City.

More interestingly, our new vice-chair is Heather Rabbatts who made her name as the woman who turned Lambeth Council around from the worst authority in the country into one just moderately bad.

Both will bring some much needed stability and business acumen to the football club hopefully.

Two steps forward then off the field, all that remains to be done is the appointing of a new manager. Let's trust it won't be the backward move most cynical Millwall fans expect Nick Hart
