THERE was no shortage of cup action for sides from the Orpington & District League on Sunday.
In the county cups, Centresports United won 5-4 over Gravesend Spartans and Lombard Phoenix won 2-1 over AFC Holmesdale.
Kings Park Rangers lost 3-1 to Brent Club and Exeter Exiles beat Bromley Hill 4-3.
Bromley Knights triumphed 3-1 over Welling All Stars but Lullingstone lost out to Tristars & Deloitte 3-0.
Finally, Paul Birch thrashed AFC Kenton 6-0 In the Charity Cup first round, Dartford beat Connaught Blues 2-1 and FC Elmstead had a right old tussle with Otford Colts before winning 6-5 on penalties.
Keston Phoenix were put to the sword and lost 5-2 to Biggin Hill Sports and Social Club, while Midway Reserves found themselves lacking as they lost 4-2 to Beckenham Imps.
North Kent Rangers went out narrowly to Chelsfield Old Boys 2-1.
In the Paul Picard Cup first round, Eden Park Rangers triumphed handsomely over Hatcham 6-1 and Prince of Wales lost to Vista 4-1.
The Smales’ Trophy preliminary round saw Eagles United have their wings clipped as Petts Wood won 3-1.
There was only one game in the Senior Division, which saw Milldean have a good win over FC Bickley 4-3.
In the Premier Division, Centresports United Reserves held Goldsmiths United 1-1 and Kenningwell United beat Midway 2-1.
The only other game played saw Valley Valiants beat Centaurs 4-2.
There was one game in Division One also as Ex Blues beat FRSH 2-0.
In Division Two, Eltham Town Reserves beat Eden Park Rangers Reserves 1-0 and Napoli Soccer took on Orchard with the match ending up in a 2-2 draw.
Horton Kirby lost at home to Eltham Town A 2-1 in Division Three and London City drew 1-1 with New South.
Elsewhere, Sydenham Sports seem to be developing a good run now as they overcame Kenningwell United Reserves 4-1.
In Division Four, Eden Park Rangers A were beaten 8-3 by VS Bexley.
The Flames scorched EC United 3-1 and Freelands had a similar score against St Germains.
Swanley Cardinals were held 3-3 by Cudham United Reserves as their current slump slowed.
There was just one game in Division Five as Orpington Rovers won 2-0 over Starks Park Rovers.
