AFTER being charged with improper conduct by the Football Association last week, Phil Parkinson said he would contest the allegation.

The Charlton manager was sent to the stands during the 3-0 defeat to Carlisle United on October 31, but said: “I will appeal. Arsene Wenger kicked a drinks bottle the other week and didn’t get charged and I’ve done the same.”

CHARLTON were beaten by a non-league team for the first time since the Addicks entered the Football League in 1921 when they crashed out of the FA Cup at the hands of Northwich Victoria yesterday.

The defeat was the highest-profile upset of the first round of the competition.

TICKETS for Charlton’s trip to Brighton & Hove Albion on December 1 (7.45pm) went on restricted sale on today, with high demand expected for the 890 places.

One of which must be v Hereford United, Hartlepool United, Tranmere Rovers or Carlisle United.

Season-ticket holders with Valley Gold membership who have purchased tickets to two away games this season - including one of Hereford, Hartlepool, Tranmere or Carlisle – can also buy now.

Tickets are priced £20 adults, £14 over 65s, £16 U21s and £13 U16s.

PLC chairman Richard Murray will answer fans’ questions at a special event at The Valley on November 26.

The event was previously organised by the fans’ forum in July but had to be postponed due to legal advice Murray received relating to a potential takeover at the time.

It has been reorganised for later this month and refreshments will be available.

TICKETS are currently on general sale for the next three home matches against Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday (3pm), Bristol Rovers on November 24 (7.45pm) and Southend United on December 5th (3pm).

Seats are priced £17, £22 and £25 adults, with U18 tickets just £5 in all areas.

DARREN Randolph made his first appearance of the season against Northwich Victoria on Sunday, with Rob Elliot out injured and loanee Carl Ikeme not permitted to play by parent club Wolves.

Ikeme can feature against Southampton on Wednesday night, however, and the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy southern quarter-final is live on Sky at 7.45pm.

AROUND 600 tickets remained at the start of the away game against Yeovil Town on November 21 (3pm).

WOKING will provide the opposition for Charlton’s U18s in the second round of the FA Youth Cup following the Addicks’ 3-0 victory against Gillingham at The Valley on November 3.

Lewis Perkins, Liam Bellany and Harry Pell scored the goals, but Charlton were beaten 6-0 by Arsenal on Saturday.

Charlton take on Woking at The Valley on November 18 (7pm) and host Crystal Palace on Saturday (11am) at Sparrows Lane.

ADDICKS youngster Bradley Jordan made his international debut as a 62nd-minute substitute as England’s U16s beat Northern Ireland 2-0 in the Victory Shield last Thursday.

Jordan Cousins missed the game to play for Charlton’s U18s in the youth cup two days earlier, but both players are in contention for England’s next match.

AFTER Sunday’s match against Brighton & Hove Albion at the Withdean Stadium was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, the Charlton women’s team return to Erith Stadium on Sunday (2pm), when the Addicks host Portsmouth.

REDUCED season tickets for the final 16 games of the 2009/10 campaign remain available from The Valley.

The Addicks last tasted home defeat in March, and season tickets have now been cut by 15 percent, with adult seats available from £245.
