THREE Charlton season-ticket holders will be elected to represent their fellow supporters on a new fans' forum to discuss Addicks issues with senior club officials.

The committee is also planned to have input from overseas supporters and the Charlton Athletic Disabled Supporters' Association and will meet with board members, including plc chairman Derek Chappell and chief executive Steve Waggott, at least three times per season.

The forum replaces the role of the elected supporters' director.

All adult season-ticket holders will have the opportunity to stand for election and cast their vote to have their say on a wide range of topics affecting the Addicks and the club's supporters.

Writing in Saturday's matchday programme, he said: "It means everything to me to get Charlton back to the Premier League and I feel I'm slowly getting it right.

"It might not be happening as quickly as some might like, but I've never hidden from a challenge.

"I think the team now represents what Charlton fans have always demanded - a side that gives 100 per cent, is always fighting and is better than the sum of its parts.

"Since we were relegated, some quality players have left The Valley, but now it's about developing and creating new players and that's what I'm trying to do, together with my staff at every level of the club."
