Player ratings from Charlton's 1-0 defeat to Peterborough...
Dillon Phillips - 7 - Made a good save to deny Siriki Dembele in the second-half. He’s doing enough to keep the number one shirt away from Jed Steer.
Krystian Bielik - 8 - Another impressive display by the Arsenal loanee. He brings the ball out of defence superbly.
Patrick Bauer - 6 - The bounce of the ball caught him out a few times.
Naby Sarr - 5 - Seems to play better in a back-three as opposed to a two but had too many shaky moments tonight.
Chris Solly - 6 - Had a difficult test dealing with the lively Dembele, which meant he couldn't get forward as much as he would've liked to.
Albie Morgan - 6 - Played the ball backwards and sideways too often but never shied away from having possession.
Darren Pratley - 5 - Gave the ball away too many times. He’ll have better days in a Charlton shirt.
Joe Aribo - 7 - Did not see a lot of the ball largely down to Peterborough’s sturdy midfield. But when in possession, he was Charlton’s most creative player.
Lewis Page - 7 - He put in at least three dangerous crosses which troubled Peterborough’s defence. He’s thriving in his left-wing-back role. Very unlucky to be penalised for the visitors’ late penalty, which Jason Cummings converted.
Karlan Grant - 6 - Huffed and puffed with limited service from his midfield. You can’t fault his effort.
Lyle Taylor - 7 - His terrific hold-up play brought Charlton’s other attackers into the game. Deserved a goal for his work-rate.
Subs:
Nicky Ajose - 6
