Millwall boss Neil Harris is set to make changes to his team when they take on Rochdale in the FA Cup tomorrow.

David Martin, Tony Craig, Ben Thompson and Tom Elliott, players that have struggled for first-team minutes this season, are likely to start.

When asked if the fourth-round tie presents a chance for the fringe players to impress, Harris told News Shopper: “Yes, without a shadow of a doubt. There will be changes to the team.

“It’s a great opportunity for ourselves and Rochdale to progress into the fifth-round. Rochdale have done well to get to this stage of the competition – we know how hard that was for us to do last season as a League One club.

“Rochdale will play with no fear, great courage and freedom. As we saw last year, they’re a hugely dangerous opponent for Millwall.

“So we’ve got to be at our best. We’ll make changes to our team because players need to play, players need a rest and the focus will be against Derby on Tuesday night.

“However, Rochdale is a game I want to win. I want to get to the fifth-round and get another home tie.

“We know it’s going to be a tough challenge and we’ll pick a team accordingly to beat Rochdale.”
