Theo Walcott has been told to leave Arsenal - and consider a move to Crystal Palace.

Walcott, 28, has not started a Premier League game for the Gunners since April.

He has lost his place in the England squad and needs regular first-team football - and that is something Palace could offer him.

The Eagles are in desperate need of goals after failing to score in their opening seven league games this season.

And talkSPORT presenter Jason Cundy, who played for Chelsea between 1988 to 1992, believes Walcott should leave Arsenal for Palace or Everton.

He said: “Walcott should consider Everton and also Crystal Palace.

“They are desperate for someone up top. I very much doubt he will go there, though.

“I’ll be honest, I think it’s about time Theo Walcott left Arsenal and look for pastures new.

“I’ve not been a huge fan of Theo Walcott over the years. I’m amazed at how long he’s been at Arsenal and how little he’s really offered during that time.”
