Former Crystal Palace boss Frank de Boer is being lined up for a swift return to management with La Liga strugglers Deportivo La Coruna.
De Boer was axed by Palace chiefs after just 77 days in charge after losing his opening four league games. He holds one of the shortest managerial reigns in Premier League history.
He has flopped at Palace and Inter Milan in the space of a year, but still has a good reputation in Spain.
The Dutchman led Ajax to four Eredivisie titles during his six-year spell with the club, and was the Netherlands assistant manager when they finished runners-up at the 2010 World Cup.

And he could soon be on his way to Deportivo, who are in the relegation zone following a poor start under ex-West Brom manager Pepe Mel.
The Spanish club have won just once this season and suffered a demoralising 4-1 defeat to Espanyol on Sunday.
