Sakho is Crystal Palace’s top transfer target after impressing in a loan spell last season.
Liverpool have slapped a £30m price tag on the France star, who wants to play regular first-team football.
Injury restricted Sakho to just eight appearances at Selhurst Park, but he helped the Eagles keep four clean sheets.
