Neil Harris will be planning for next season the day after Saturday’s League One play-off final with Bradford - even if they lose.
The Lions want to avenge last year’s play-off final defeat to Barnsley by securing promotion to the Championship.
Harris said: “Losing to Barnsley was disappointing. You can always look back and think ‘what if?’ But during my career and life, I very seldomly look back and say ‘I should’ve done this differently’.

“It’s all about moving forward. I put the play-off final with Barnsley to bed the next day. We had a board meeting the day after to discuss our strategy moving forward.
“And this year will be no different – win or lose – we’ll start planning for the start of next season 24 hours after the final.”
