Crystal Palace are already plotting a January transfer move for Santos playmaker Lucas Lima, according to reports.

Lima was one of several players linked with a switch to Selhurst Park in the summer as Alan Pardew targeted reinforcements to bolster his Palace squad.

The Brazil international ultimately stayed put but the Sun say Lima will once again be the subject of interest from Palace this winter.

It is also reported that clubs from the Far East are ready to approach Lima over a move, but that the lure of Premier League football may sway the player’s decision.

Lima has 12 caps for Brazil and has made almost 100 appearances for Santos since joining the club in 2014.

Palace are unbeaten in five league games and sit eighth in the top-flight ahead of the international break - Pardew's side return to league action against West Ham on October 15.
