Jorge Teixeira looks set to stay at Charlton this summer despite attracting substantial interest from several foreign clubs.
News Shopper understands top division clubs in Belgium, Turkey and Spain have expressed an interest in the 30-year-old.
However, the Portuguese defender’s salary has meant a deal has been hard to come by.

Teixeira signed a four-and-a-half year contract at the Valley in January and impressed in his debut season in English football.
But the former Standard Liege star has not featured for the Addicks so far this term after suffering a pre-season injury.
Teixeira is happy to fight for his place at the Valley and News Shopper has been told the only way he will leave Charlton is if an English club make an unexpected late move.
